What we collect
Through the contact form we collect only what you type into it: your name, your
company name if you give one, your email address, your phone number if you give
one, the service you selected, and your project description.
Our server also records the technical information every web server records with
a form submission — your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the
time. We keep it for one purpose: distinguishing real enquiries from automated
spam.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, and to continue the conversation if it becomes a
project. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell, rent or share your details
with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list
because you contacted us.
Cookies
This site sets a session cookie required for the contact form to work securely.
It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser.
If you add analytics, advertising or chat tools later, this section
must be updated and a consent banner added. As delivered, the site
loads no analytics and no advertising scripts. It does request two typefaces
from Google Fonts; if you would rather it made no third-party request at all,
the three font lines in Site.Master.cs can be removed and the site
falls back to system fonts without any visual break.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months, in case you
come back to us. Enquiries that do become projects are kept for as long as we
work together, and afterwards for the period our accounting and tax obligations
require.
Where it is stored
Enquiries arrive as email at our business address and, where a database is in
use, are stored on our hosting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Confirm this against your actual hosting arrangement before publishing.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it. Write to

respond within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason to ask for deletion.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against automated
abuse and cross-site request forgery. Access to enquiry data is limited to the
people who need it to answer you.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published here
with a new date.
