International Businesses in Vietnam

A development partner you can brief in English, in your time zone

For foreign-owned companies and international entrepreneurs operating here: websites, internal systems, integrations and automation, built locally, specified clearly, and documented well enough to survive a handover.

Who this is for

  • Foreign-owned companies and representative offices
  • Regional subsidiaries reporting to a head office abroad
  • International entrepreneurs building a venture in Vietnam
  • Companies whose local IT support has outgrown one freelancer
The particular problem

Offshore was cheap. Then the developer disappeared.

The pattern is familiar enough to be a cliché: a freelancer builds something that works, there is no documentation, the credentials live in one person's laptop, and one day they stop replying. Now a system the business depends on cannot be changed by anybody.

The other pattern is distance. Work is specified in one country, built in another, and reviewed in a third — and the gap between "what we asked for" and "what we got" grows quietly until the deadline arrives.

Being local fixes some of that simply by being local: you can visit, we share your working day, and a difficult conversation can happen in a meeting rather than across a week of email. The rest is a matter of discipline — writing the specification down, delivering in small visible increments, and handing over documentation and credentials that make us replaceable.

How we work with international clients

English specification and documentation Written clearly enough for your head office to read and approve.
Your time zone ICT overlaps most of the Asian working day and the European morning.
You own the code and the credentials Repository, database, hosting and domain in your name from day one.
Local context, explained Hosting, payment providers, Zalo, local search behaviour and what they mean for you.
Bilingual products Interfaces and content in English and Vietnamese for mixed local and expatriate teams.
Integration with what you already run Your ERP, accounting or group systems — not a parallel stack nobody reconciles.
Ongoing support arrangements A defined response expectation, so there is no "who do we call" moment.
Handover built in If you bring development in-house later, everything needed to do that already exists.
